2.1 ServBay Free Plan

The ServBay Free Plan is available at no cost to users. As it is a free service, no refunds are applicable for the ServBay Free Plan.

2.2 ServBay Pro Plan

Annual Subscription

ServBay Pro Plan users who opt for an annual subscription do not have a free trial period. The annual subscription fee is billed at the beginning of the subscription period.

  • Refunds for Annual Subscription: Refunds for the annual subscription will not be issued once the payment has been processed.

Monthly Subscription

ServBay Pro Plan users who opt for a monthly subscription do not have a free trial period. The monthly subscription fee is billed on the same day each month based on the date of the initial order. For example, if the initial order is placed on the 15th, subsequent billing will occur on the 15th of each following month.

  • Refunds for Monthly Subscription: Refunds for the monthly subscription will not be issued once the payment has been processed.

2.3 ServBay Team Plan

The ServBay Team Plan is designed for organizations and teams requiring multiple user accounts and collaborative features.

Annual Subscription

ServBay Team Plan users who opt for an annual subscription do not have a free trial period. The annual subscription fee is billed at the beginning of the subscription period.

  • Refunds for Annual Subscription: Refunds for the annual subscription will not be issued once the payment has been processed.

Monthly Subscription

ServBay Team Plan users who opt for a monthly subscription do not have a free trial period. The monthly subscription fee is billed based on the date of the initial order each month.

  • Refunds for Monthly Subscription: Refunds for the monthly subscription will not be issued once the payment has been processed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund during the eligible period, please contact our support team through our Support Center or via email at support@servbay.com. Your request should include:

  • Your email address associated with your ServBay account
  • A detailed description of your refund request

4. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received and verified, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
